Free Noise Level Monitor Traffic Light

Hey there, educators! 👋 I’m excited to share a tool I’ve developed to help manage classroom noise levels in a fun, visual way. Let me walk you through how this noise monitor works.

When you first load the page, you’ll see a traffic light-style display. This isn’t just any traffic light—it’s your classroom’s noise level guardian! Here’s how to use it:

🟢 Green Light Zone: This represents your quietest work time. Set your ideal quiet threshold.
🟡 Yellow Light Zone: Moderate noise level – time to start bringing the volume down.
🔴 Red Light Zone: Too loud! Students need to reduce their noise immediately.

The coolest part? You can customize the exact decibel levels for each zone. Working with younger kids? Adjust the thresholds lower. Have a more active classroom? Slide those levels up.

Want to make it more visible? Hit the “Full Screen” button, and the noise monitor takes over the entire screen. Perfect for those moments when you need everyone’s attention.

All you need is a device with a microphone, and you’re ready to go. No complicated setup, no extra equipment—just instant noise awareness.

Ready to transform your classroom management? Let’s make learning both fun and focused! 🚦📚

Enjoy your new noise monitor!
